The second generation pumping technology of concrete delivery pumps: fully hydraulic controlled reversing technology
The first generation of pumping technology: electric control commutation technology, PLC control solenoid valve commutation to achieve alternating commutation of pumping and S-pipe distribution. The biggest drawback is that the machine assembly is simple and the production cost is low, but the electrical control is complex, with high failure rates and maintenance costs, which can easily delay the project progress. The second generation pumping technology: hydraulic reversing technology, completely relying on the changes in hydraulic signals of the main cylinder and distribution small cylinder to achieve action reversing.

Causes and Preventive Measures of Air Erosion in Hydraulic Cylinders of Engineering Equipment
The factors affecting cavitation are that when the surface of hydraulic cylinder parts moves relative to hydraulic oil, the gas dissolved in the hydraulic oil is prone to precipitate and form bubbles. After these bubbles flow to the high-pressure zone, they rupture, and the high-temperature and high-pressure micro jet and impact force generated in an instant repeatedly act on the surface of hydraulic cylinder parts, causing cavitation on the surface of the parts. The conditions for the occurrence of hydraulic cylinder cavitation are related to the hydraulic system structure, hydraulic cylinder component materials, hydraulic oil quality, manufacturing and maintenance, and other aspects. The factors affecting cavitation are that when the surface of hydraulic cylinder parts moves relative to hydraulic oil, the gas dissolved in the hydraulic oil is prone to precipitate and form bubbles. Maintenance and upkeep methods for hydraulic cylinder failure
Protect the outer surface of the piston rod to prevent damage to the sealing element caused by bumps and scratches. Regularly clean the dust seal of the oil cylinder and the exposed piston rod to prevent dirt that is difficult to clean from sticking to the surface of the piston rod from entering the oil cylinder and damaging the piston, cylinder barrel, or sealing element.
